AEG Global Partnerships has been a prominent figure in the live entertainment sponsorship industry since President of Global Partnerships Paul Samuels made the deal that turned the Millennium Dome into The O2 nearly 20 years ago – but awareness of company within the marketing media landscape wasn’t at full potential.  

In a world where ROI is king, the company was also keen to show how partnerships, which can be overlooked by brands, can be central to integrated marketing strategies. 

Visible PR came on board to raise awareness of AEG Global Partnerships and its executive team – and to champion partnerships as a marketing discipline. The team created a programme of thought leadership, profile raising, interviews and journalist hosting, supported by a hard-working proactive and reactive press office.  

The programme quickly gained traction with national and trade media that has snowballed over the past three years, making AEG Global Partnerships one of the foremost voices on partnerships and sponsorships and the ‘go-to’ for any journalist writing on the subject.  

Through persistent and long-term relationship building with journalists, the team has built an excellent network that consistently results in high-quality coverage with target media. From thought leadership with Campaign to commentary with The Guardian and interviews with Sky News, City AM and Fortune, the opportunities get bigger and better as our work continues.  

Always keen to level up, the strategy evolves in line with overarching business objectives, and the team is building new tactics into the programme to showcase the expertise of the AEG Global Partnerships team, and the value of partnerships.
