Lara Leventhal

I spent over 15 years running other people's agencies as MD and winning numerous agency and campaign awards. In 2016, a family event changed my life and I decided to launch my own business. But I wanted to launch a business with a difference, an agile and flexible business that tapped into the changing agency landscape and capitalised on the amazing, experienced and free spirited talent being locked out of an industry by agencies that wanted people to work in a specific way - and I know as I used to be one of those people. So, in 2017, Visible was born and I’ve never looked back. And as we continue to stick to our guiding principles we marvel at the brilliant clients we’ve had the pleasure to work with and the small and talented team we’ve got around us…

Vicky Beaney

Vicky has more than 25 years’ experience both in-house and as a director at agencies, as a specialist in corporate and B2B communications across a wide range of industries, including media and entertainment, advertising and technology and broader business brands. Vicky has devised and implemented comms strategies for some of the world’s leading brands including Virgin Media, The Telegraph Newspaper Group, Royal Mail, Getty Images, Wavemaker and The Discovery Channel to name but a few and has won industry accolades for her work including a PRCA and a European Sabre Award.

Toby Hicks

Toby Hicks has 18 years’ experience in PR and communications in roles spanning media, the not-for-profit sector and tech start-ups. He has worked as a journalist, publicist and in digital content marketing. Toby worked at BBC Worldwide and Immediate Media for several years, for brands including Top Gear, Good Food, Radio Times and Gardeners’ World. He has more recently led the communications for a Government-backed STEM campaign and headed marketing and communications in a data science consultancy.

Joe Lamb

Joe is a highly experienced, passionate publicist with expertise in delivering earned media at scale for clients. He has worked in public relations for eight years, cutting his teeth within the world of film and entertainment PR before moving to Edelman where he worked within the consumer team across global consumer and culture brands.

Notable highlights of Joe's career include working on the theatrical releases of beloved film properties like Harry Potter, developing the media strategy for Heineken's Cannes Lion award-winning campaign for its UEFA Champions League sponsorship, leading the earned media offering within Edelman's consumer brand team, launching the KITKAT Chocolatory in Europe, repositioning the Byron brand and for its most high-profile menu launch and leading the earned media strategies for Secret Cinema and S'well with Visible.
